Our dog policy

Don’t get us wrong, we love your furry friends and agree that they make the work world a whole lot friendlier, happier, and a more positive space. But before we throw your dog a bone, we need you to read and sign our pet policy.

To bring your bestie to work:

First things first. Most locations sadly don’t allow it. But, for the ones that do, please get the go-ahead from your Location Manager first.

  • Your furry friend must be well-behaved, potty trained, human, and dog-friendly.

  • Provide your pooch’s vaccination card.

  • We don’t do fleas, ticks, or anything else that lives on your dog.

Your pooch must-do’s

  • It’s your dog, not ours. Therefore it’s your job to know where they are at all times, as well as ensure they are on their best behaviour always (think the Queen's corgis).

  • You are liable for all bad behaviour of your pet, which indemnifies Workshop17, Paramount, and Growthpoint

  • Any toilet mishaps need to be cleaned up ASAP by the member-owner.

  • Dogs are allowed in private offices only, with a compulsory annual office carpet cleaning upon termination of their agreement.

  • If co-members have any pet allergies or other medically related problems in the co-working environment, we will discuss it individually.

No dogs are allowed to:

  • Fight with other dogs (or people) in offices.

  • Check out meeting rooms, kitchen areas, hot desk areas and other members’ offices

  • Sit on couches, chairs, or tables.

  • Endanger themselves, and others and/or damage property.

  • Annoy other members by barking, climbing on desks, or getting in our members' way.

  • Disrupt, or disturb the primary function of the location.
