Daily, weekly and monthly checks on various systems, to ensure data is up-to-date, correct and clutter-free. Ensure tasks are assigned to the right people and followed up on time
Assist the Operations Team with administration tasks, keeping service agreements up to date on file, and setting reminders for renewals.
Daily traffic control of the ticketing system and assist in monitoring daily error tickets and ensure they are actioned accordingly.
Test updates of our applications and share feedback in order to improve our systems.
Procure marketing materials, office customisation items and operational supplies, including sourcing supplier quotes.
Assist with inventory and stock control.
Assist with systems training when required.
Assist with reception duties and events when necessary.

We are looking for someone who is excited about what we do, works in a structured and diligent way with an eye for detail, takes responsibility and can focus, has the ability to take initiative, offers suggestions, communicates openly, and has a can-do attitude.
You will need to be comfortable and have experience in working with software systems for managing customer requests and workflows:
Able to use Google Suite and its applications: Gmail; Google Docs, Forms, Sheets and Slides; and Google Meet.
Have experience with ticketing systems.
Experience with online collaboration tools like Zoho, Slack, and Microsoft Teams would be an advantage.
Furthermore, we need you to have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate clearly and precisely.
We prefer candidates with a qualification in the field of administration.
