Job brief
The General Worker will be responsible for proactively supporting the location team to ensure that the space is clean and set up to operational standards, and to plan and manage five star service and events.
It is important for the individual to understand the standard event and W17 procedures are and execute them flawlessly throughout the day. Exceptional customer service and demonstrating a friendly and approachable attitude is important for this role as you will be connecting with clients and colleagues at various professional levels.
Ensuring that you maintain clear and open communication channels with your colleagues and manager is critical as the location will operate across 2 buildings.

General scope of work
Cleaning and Facilities
Daily cleaning activities completed as per the cleaning schedule.
Daily opening and closing duties to ensure that the space is ready to operate.
Maintain visible presence throughout the building.
Space walk throughs - proactively identifying cleaning, maintenance and security risks.
Events Support
Support to the event/meeting room bookings:
Assisting on-site where necessary.
Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and reset after each booking.
Taking food and beverage orders before and during meetings
Client satisfaction
Ensure 5-star service to all clients/members at all times.
Timely and professional response to all requests brought to your attention and escalating to the relevant team members.
Team player/support
General support to the location team and assisting all departments when necessary.
Assist the team with managing scheduled and ad-hoc tasks/duties.
Ideal Qualifications/Experience
Excellent communication skills.
1 - 2 Years experience in hospitality, cleaning and/or customer-facing operations.
Upbeat, energetic, positive, and mature attitude.
Proactive, passionate and reliable.
Ability to handle multiple requests, work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple requests, and continue to deliver exceptional service despite heavy workloads.
Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement.
Ability to engage and adapt well to team/group settings.
