The role is office based and suitable for a meticulous and thorough person with a head for numbers, attention to detail, and strong administration skills. You will bring your valuable experience and forward-thinking working style to this vibrant and hard-working team. You should have the ability to be proactive and work independently, be reliable and be strongly committed to meeting deadlines, work mindfully and efficiently, and take on the responsibility of the role along with the Financial Manager as your direct line manager and the Bookkeeper whom you will support.

General scope of work
Administration
All Ad Hoc Finance administration
Assisting the bookkeeper in Debtors meetings with statements ○ Assisting with checking out online orders.
Daily digital filing and documentation control/updates.
Procurement.
Managing and actioning finance support tickets.
Loading accounts to the purchase order system.
Update reimbursement and supplier sheets.
Relationships Data Capturing
Accurately capturing creditor invoices.
Balancing creditor invoices to statements.
Billing and capturing purchase orders on the Creditor Tracker.
Allocating payments to purchase orders.
Team player/support
Assist the Bookkeeper and Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
Assist during debtor meetings with taking notes and sending action points to the relevant team members.
General support to location teams with requests and escalating to the relevant finance role.
Assist with procurement tasks.
Assist with location POS queries
Ideal Qualifications/Experience
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Understanding of Creditors and Debtors.
Experience assisting a finance team.
Knowledge of one or more financial systems/platforms.
Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement & problem-solving.
Action orientated and ability to meet deadlines.
Integrity and professionalism.
Reliable.
Team player.
Ambitious & passionate.
Valid driver's license and own transport.
Computer skills and the ability to navigate various online systems.
